TapCub bills Analytics and Chat separately, and each has a free tier. A paid analytics plan does not change your chat limits and vice versa. Usage and expiry dates are on Analytics plan & usage and Chat plan & usage.
Both products use the tiers Free, Pro, VIP 1 and VIP 2. Enterprise is a separate agreement — see Enterprise.

Conversations are summed across every site you own, per calendar month in the site time zone.
What happens at the limit
- Events: once the monthly cap is reached, the collector still answers
202and your website keeps loading, but new events are not stored. The usage page shows an over-quota notice. Recognized bots never count toward the cap. - Conversations: open conversations continue; a new visitor sees the offline message form instead of a live chat.
- Reset: both counters reset on the 1st of the month at midnight in the site time zone.
- Sites: creating a site beyond the cap is refused with a clear message; existing sites keep working.
Expiry and downgrades
When a paid period ends without renewal, that product falls back to Free limits. Data beyond the Free retention window becomes read-only for 30 days, so you can export or renew; after that it is deleted according to the Free retention. Sites beyond the Free cap are paused, not deleted. Buying a lower tier while a higher one is active schedules it to start when the higher one ends — it does not downgrade you today.
Payment and invoices
Pay by card through Stripe, by PayPal, or with Alipay or WeChat Pay. Monthly and yearly periods are available; the yearly price is the monthly price with the 40% discount applied. Invoices are generated for every payment and downloadable from the plan page. If a payment fails, the plan stays active for a short grace period while you update the method.
