Any single site that records at least 100,000 human events in a calendar month earns 30 days of Pro. Bot traffic does not count.

Check in daily for 5 points. 500 points redeem 30 days of Pro; 200 points add 100,000 events to this month’s allowance.
Pro time from invites, traffic and points is added to the end of your current period. It never shortens a paid plan.

Analytics events above the limit are dropped for the rest of the month and the counter resets on day 1 of the next month. Nothing already stored is deleted. Live chat stops accepting new conversations or AI replies once that allowance is used. You can upgrade at any time and the new limit applies immediately.
A page view is one kind of event. Clicks, form submissions, custom events and autocaptured interactions are events too. Only human traffic counts toward the allowance — visits identified as bots are reported separately and are free.

No. Analytics and live chat are separate subscriptions, each with its own free tier, so you can pay for one without the other. Product analytics (funnels, retention, paths) is part of the analytics plan. See the chat plans.
Yes. Cancel from the billing page; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, then the account returns to Free. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
