The education template connects marketing to the classroom: course views and lead forms on the site, trial classes and enrollments from your CRM, lessons and renewals from the schedule. Campus and class are groups; phone numbers are stored as hashes.

Leads and enrollments
LeadsEnrollmentsMarketing stops at the form, sales stops at the payment, teaching never sees either.
The form fires, the CRM gets a row, and nobody knows which leads booked a trial. trial_booked closes the gap.
Watch: Trial show rate
Show rate differs by campus and by consultant. Without trial_attended the funnel pretends every booking happened.
Watch: Trial conversion
Attendance predicts renewal. lesson_attended per student makes the warning visible mid-term.
Watch: Weekly active learners
Acquisition, trial, enrollment, attendance, renewal and refund. Names match the console after install.

Each dashboard is a set of cards: KPIs, funnels, trends, retention, distributions and breakdown tables. Edit, duplicate or share them after install.

One board for the whole pipeline
Enrollment holds leads, trial show rate, revenue and renewal rate as KPIs, the enrollment funnel, lead and enrollment trends, the channel table, the campus ranking, learner retention after enrollment and the revenue distribution.
Five steps over 30 days. The −46% badge marks the step where the most prospective learners fall out of the pipeline.

Break down by campus
group=campus puts each location on its own row. A low show rate at one campus is a scheduling problem, not a marketing one.
Break down by consultant
teacher is a property on trial and enrollment events. Compare conversion per course consultant without exporting the CRM.
Renewal over 180 days
The renewal funnel runs enroll → lesson_attended → renew with a 180-day window, so a full term fits inside it.
Also in the pack
Lead quality by channel, show rate by campus, mid-term attendance and renewal.
The click ID stays on the lead through the phone hash. When trial_attended and enroll arrive from the CRM, each channel is ranked by learners who showed up and paid.

trial_booked and trial_attended carry course_id and group=campus. The campus ranking shows where bookings turn into attendance and where they do not.
Example scenario: Eastgate booked the most trials and attended 38%. Trials were scheduled on weekday mornings. Moving them to evenings lifted show rate to 57% in a month.
Trial show rate by campus
Last 30 dayslesson_attended per learner builds weekly active learners. Learners missing two weeks are a segment; the renewal funnel shows whether they come back.

| Sep 1 week | 186 | 100% | 92% | 88% | 84% | 81% |
| Sep 8 week | 204 | 100% | 94% | 89% | 86% | |

A parent has been on a course page for two minutes and opened the schedule twice. The invite asks which time works; the AI answers price and level questions from your course catalogue and books the trial.
Example scenario: Course-page invites produced 212 trial bookings in a month at a 61% show rate, 9 points above bookings from the form alone.

As SHA-256 hashes. The hash is also the login ID, so a CRM event with the same hash connects the ad click to the enrollment without storing the raw number.
Campus or class is a group: send group=campus:
Yes. lesson_attended and homework_submitted work from a web or app player. Pair it with the content pack if you also sell recorded courses.
trial_attended, enroll, lesson_attended, renew and refund are marked Server. Send them from your CRM or scheduling system with the same phone hash.
referral is an event with a channel property. Referral count sits on the board and referral as a source appears in the channel table.
Paste the snippet on the site, send attendance and payment events from your CRM, and the enrollment funnel runs from course view to renewal.
Free plan included. Mini-program and app SDKs for class check-in.
