Each screen takes about three minutes. They are built from the same sample project, so the visitor you see in chat is the one counted in analytics.
Analytics overview 3 min
Live visitors, sources and pages on one board. The list updates as people arrive.
Jump to the screenAsk a question 3 min
Click a question and get a funnel, a retention table or an ROI ranking back, with a sentence that says what to do.
Jump to the screenChat desk 3 min
Pick a visitor and see the page, source and cart next to the thread before you type a reply.
Jump to the screenWho is on the site right now, and where they came from
The overview board is what you open every morning. The live list on the right shows people on the site this minute, with the page they are reading and the source that brought them.
- Visitors, page views, bounce rate and live count on one line
- Sources split by search, direct, newsletter and ads
- Bots are counted apart — 5 filter layers, 197+ rules
- Numbers appear within seconds of a visit
- Counted without cookies, so analytics usually needs no banner
- One ≈2 KB snippet, the same one you will paste
Example scenario: A marketing lead at an online store watches the live list on launch morning: 128 people on the site, most of them reading the new-arrivals page from the newsletter.

Ask a question in plain words and get a chart back
Click any of the three questions. The answer is a chart plus one sentence that says where to look first. In the product you type your own question; here the questions are scripted.
- Funnels, retention and attribution behind one question box
- Each answer links to the full report
- Included with analytics plans — no extra subscription
- The checkout funnel: 2,400 → 1,248 → 674 → 508
- Retention by the week people signed up
- ROI by channel, with cost and revenue side by side
Example scenario: A product manager asks where the checkout loses people and gets the cart → checkout step back: −46%, the biggest drop in the funnel.

See the visit before you reply
Pick a visitor in the left column. The context card on the right changes: page, source, location, device, cart and past conversations. The AI drafts a first reply; the agent edits and sends.
- Visitor context from the same record analytics uses
- AI replies first, hands off to a person when it should
- Visitors write in their language; you answer in yours
- Seats and conversations are a separate plan from analytics
- Agents see conversations, not analytics reports, unless you grant it

What 30 minutes with us looks like
A screen share on your own site if the snippet is installed, or on the sample project if it is not. No slides.
Walkthroughs run in English or Chinese, on weekdays in Asia/Shanghai, Europe and US Eastern working hours.
Useful when more than one person decides
If you are alone, the free plan is faster. Book when a team needs to see it together or has questions about data and deployment.
Marketing teams

Product teams
Funnels, retention and paths on your events — and what the tracking plan looks like before you ship it.
IT and procurement
Cookie-less counting, data retention, roles and audit log, self-hosted deployment. Questions a sales page cannot answer.

Questions about the demo
Still have a question?
Chat with the team behind TapCub — we usually reply within a few hours on business days.
Are the screens on this page real data?
No. They run on a sample project with fixed numbers so they look the same for everyone. The layouts and interactions are the same as the product. Everything with a “sample” badge is sample data.
Do I need to book a demo to use TapCub?
No. Create a free account, paste the snippet and you have the real product on your own site in ten minutes. Book a walkthrough when a team wants to see it together or has questions about data and deployment.
Can the walkthrough run on my own site?
Yes, and it is better that way. Install the snippet a day or two before so there is traffic to look at. If it is not installed we use the sample project.
Which languages do you run walkthroughs in?
English and Chinese. Pick one in the form. Documentation is available in both as well.
Can I record the session?
Yes. Ask in the form or at the start of the call and we send the recording afterwards.
I am evaluating for a company with several sites or a self-hosted requirement.
Choose “All three” and mention it in the note, or go straight to enterprise sales. Self-hosted deployment, data retention and contract terms are handled there.
